Here are some of the frequently asked questions about DriveHub. If you couldn’t find your questions and answers here, feel free to reach out to our support.
1. Can I integrate DriveHub with custom-built WordPress forms? #
Yes! DriveHub already supports custom form workflows, so you don’t need to wait for a new integration.
DriveHub provides a public WordPress action hook, drivehub_form_entry_submitted, which its built-in form integrations also use internally. You can trigger the same hook after your custom form is submitted.
Example PHP Code:
do_action(
'drivehub_form_entry_submitted',
$module_id, // DriveHub uploader module ID
'', // Account ID (auto-resolved from the module)
[
'uploaded_file' => [
['id' => $drive_file_id],
],
],
[
'entry_id' => $your_crm_lead_id,
'form_title' => 'Lead Form',
]
);
Enable Submission Folders #
Before using this workflow, enable Create Entry Folders in your DriveHub module settings.
DriveHub will then create a separate folder for each form submission and automatically organize the uploaded files according to your configured naming template. For example:
Lead {entry_id} - {user_email}
Link Files to Your CRM Leads #
Pass your CRM lead ID through the entry_id parameter. This allows DriveHub to associate the submission folder with the correct lead, making it easier to organize and locate uploaded files.
